ABOUT ME

MY STORY

Since 2012, Jacklyn has been capturing the food that defines Saint Louis. Her work has been published in Feast Magazine, Missouri Life, and Ladue News.

Jacklyn holds a Master’s degree in Art History and Visual Culture from Lindenwood University. She began her teaching career in the fall of 2022, teaching as an adjunct at St. Charles Community College. Most recently she began her full-time faculty journey at Lewis & Clark Community College, teaching graphic design courses.

When she’s not in the classroom or photographing the latest restaurants, she is probably at home with her two cats, Lydia and Newman.

Jacklyn grew up in southern Illinois and received her undergraduate degree in Communication Design from Southern Illinois University Carbondale. She has worked as a graphic designer for non-profit organizations, marketing and design firms, and national companies.
